How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
We offer standard and express shipping options. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, while express delivery takes 1-2 business days. Shipping is free on all orders over £40 within the UK.
Are all your products authentic and sourced from Korea?
Yes, 100%. We source all our products directly from authorized distributors and brands in South Korea to guarantee authenticity and freshness for every item in our shop.
What is your return policy?
You can return any unopened and unused products within 14 days of receipt. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or tested.
Do I have to pay customs or import duties?
For UK customers, all prices include VAT and there are no hidden customs charges. For international orders, customers are responsible for any local import duties or taxes applicable in their country.
How can I track my order?
